How do I setup a new habit tracker?
Picking a new habit is as easy as opening the app. Right from the homescreen dashboard, select the new Habits card and follow the prompts to pick a habit and, if you want, set a reminder to check-in to see how you're doing for the day.
What if I don't want to track anything that's offered?
This is a brand new feature that the team is currently iterating on. So if we don't have the habit you want to track right now, let us know! Select the "None of these" option when setting up a habit and share your feedback. It'll go straight to the team. No promises we'll implement your feedback, but someone will see it for sure!
How do I stop tracking a habit?
Need a change of pace? Start a new week any day of the week! Tap on the Habit tracker anywhere that's not a date to edit your current habit. Select "Leave this habit" and confirm and you'll be taken back to the dashboard where you can start a new one.
What happens next week?
8 days after your set a habit, the card will reset. Waiting for you to start a new one, or the same one, whenever you're ready.
