The Passcode Lock feature in the iPad, iPhone and Android apps allows you to protect your diary data with a simple 4-digit PIN. If you forgot the pin, all you need to do is enter the wrong PIN five times on the unlock screen. The app will then just log you out. You may regain access again to the app by logging in with your username and password.
If you've forgotten your password, you can request a password reset email by clicking the "Forgot password or username" link on the sign-in screen of our apps, or by visiting this link in a web browser.
To change your Passcode settings, please use the following steps:
On iOS App:
- On the "More" > Tap "Settings" > "Sharing & Privacy" > then enable "Require Passcode".
On Android App:
- In the "Menu" > tap "Settings" > "Privacy Center" > "Sharing & Privacy settings" > then check "Require Passcode".
