Certain privacy laws across the globe (for example, the California Consumer Privacy Act) require a business to tell its consumers how it shares their Personal Data, if their Personal Data is“sold,”and provide ways for users to opt-out of(or“turnoff”) the sale of their Personal Data. “Sold”and“sale”in this case doesn’t mean providing Personal Data In exchange for money—we don’t do that. “Sold”instead means passing Personal Data, including technical device data, to another company that might use that data for its own purposes, such as for advertising.
