Regarding the degraded Fitbit sync performance that started recently, we saw elevated rates of sync delays and issues with data syncing from Fitbit. We have experienced periods of intermittent syncing and delays in data syncing from Fitbit over the course of the past few weeks.
This most recent issue has been addressed, and for the past few days data has be syncing normally for our users once again.
