Our team performed scheduled maintenance the evening of June 25th, on one of our databases that affects step tracking. This maintenance is to aid in fixing the issues described here and will last through the weekend and into early next week. Over the course of the weekend, members may start seeing step data sync, but sync interruptions will reoccur until maintenance is completed.
We completed this maintenance over the weekend, and monitored for stability once the work was in place. As of Monday morning (6/29), maintenance is completed and step tracking has resumed as normal for members.
During the maintenance period, members experienced an interruption in the syncing of tracked steps from your partner app, or between our site & our apps. This affected the tracking of steps from all of our step partners. It most significantly impacted Fitbit, including interruption in sync from other data points as well, including weight, food, etc.
If you're still experiencing any trouble with step data syncing, you can reach our support team here.
