Our apologies for any issues you may have had with our program yesterday. Starting at 8:40am PDT, July 29th, our team began to notice several of our services throwing errors. These issues may have caused our members to experience intermittent errors when logging food or exercise.
Members may have also seen delays in or data not syncing with partners, particularly Fitbit.
Members may have continued to experience these symptoms overnight, as we worked to process the backlog of sync requests received while the issue was active. We have addressed these errors, and users should no longer be experiencing the symptoms related to them.
