We will be performing maintenance work every Tuesday and Thursday throughout the month of April from 6-8pm PDT. We expect each maintenance session to be completed within that 2 hour window.
While work is active, you may experience degraded performance in the program. Areas expected to be impacted during this work include, but are not limited to:
- Inability to access the website in entirety
- Inability to log into MFP
- Items logged/changes made in the app will not sync (sync will commence one maintenance is over)
- Inability to search the food/exercise database
- Barcode scanner unable to return results

Please note: ongoing trouble with our Fitbit integration is unrelated to this maintenance work. We have more information on that in this article, including what members may (or may not) experience. We are working on a long term plan to address the ongoing erratic sync with this integration.
