Starting Tuesday, 6/1, at 11:30am PST, we will be conducting maintenance that will affect Workout Routines in the iOS and Android apps. We expect this maintenance to take roughly 4-6 hours.
During this window, symptoms members may experience include, but are not limited to:
- No content or data visible in the Explore and My Routines tabs in the Workout Routines feature. If you do not see data in these tabs, your data is not deleted, and will return once the maintenance has been completed.
- Unable to log or edit old routines in the My Routines tab
The majority of the maintenance work was completed within the aforementioned 4-6 hour window. There was a bug that was introduced where some members weren't seeing their old routines in the My Routines after a reinstall of the app, and that was fixed this morning.
