Noticing your home screen looks a little different?
MyFitnessPal is excited to announce that we’re updating the in-app experience with an entirely new Dashboard. This FAQ will help answer any questions you may have.

Where can I find my Dashboard?
When you open the MyFitnessPal app, the new Dashboard will show up on your home screen. If you don't see it, make sure you’ve updated to the most recent version of the MyFitnessPal app.
What happened to my old home screen?
Still want to see updates from the MyFitnessPal blog or updates from other community members you’ve connected with? The previous version of your home screen is the Newsfeed, and is still accessible at the bottom of your Dashboard.
How do I log my exercise and weight?
In your Dashboard, you now have cards that display your weight and exercise data. Tap the “+” icon on the respective card to log your daily weight and exercise.
If your app is up to date (22.15.5), you may also find Progress via the More/Menu section.
How do I log a meal?
Log a meal by going to the search bar at the bottom of your Dashboard. Tap the search bar to search from over 14 million foods in MyFitnessPal’s database. To use the barcode scanner, tap the barcode icon located on the right side of the search bar.
How do I scan a barcode?
With a Premium subscription, the barcode feature can be accessed at the bottom of your Dashboard in the search bar. Tap the barcode icon on the right side of the search bar to start scanning.
How do I edit and customize my Goal Cards
Our 23.10.0 update allows our Premium members to edit and customize the Goal Cards shown on the Dashboard. In our iOS and Android app, Tap the new Edit button in the upper-right-hand corner of your Dashboard to go into Edit mode.
You can tap on any of the two Add Goal Card options on your screen and select from any of 16 nutrients to add to your Dashboard.
What do the “+” signs mean?
You can now log your exercise and weight directly from your Dashboard. Tap the + icon on the respective card to log your daily weight and exercise.
How can I see more of my health data?
Dashboard gives you quick access to deeper nutrition and fitness insights. Simply tap on any card in your Dashboard for historical data, charts, and analysis.
How do I give feedback?
We welcome any feedback. What else do you want to see on your Dashboard? To submit feedback, tap on the More icon (the three dots at the bottom of your Dashboard) > go to Help > and select Contact Support to submit your request or feedback.
