For Premium or Premium+ Subscribers
Data Export is available to Premium and Premium+ subscribers. Learn how to export your data with MyFitnessPal Premium.
For Free Account Users
Free accounts don't include a data export tool. You still have two ways to view and share your information.
- Print or save a report. Generate a printable report from the MyFitnessPal website.
- Share your diary. Give a friend, trainer, doctor, or nutritionist ongoing access to your Food and Exercise Diary.
View and Save a Printable Report (Website Only)
This report is only available on the website. It isn't available in the iOS or Android app.
- Go to our website and log in using the same email address and password you use with the app.
- Click the Food tab.
- Scroll down and click View Full Report (Printable) at the bottom of the page.
- Choose your date range, then click Change Report.
- Print your report, or save it as a PDF to share by email. Please note that saving as a PDF may not be available on all computers
Share Your Diary with a Friend, Trainer, Doctor, or Nutritionist
Diary sharing lets someone view your Food and Exercise Diary on an ongoing basis. The other person needs a MyFitnessPal account first.
