This article explains how to remove a friend from your MyFitnessPal account, whether you use the app or the website. After you remove someone, they will no longer appear on your Friends list, cannot see your friends-only activity, and will not get a notification about the removal.
You can remove a friend from your MyFitnessPal account at any time, either through the app or the website. Once removed, they will disappear from your Friends list and will not be able to see your friends-only activity. They will not be notified about the removal.
Apps:
- Open your MyFitnessPal app
- Tap on the More menu
- Select Friends from the list
- Choose the friend you want to remove
- Tap the icon that looks like a person with an x on top

- Log in to your account. If you use the app, enter the same email and password you use there
- Click on My Home
- Next, click the Friends tab
- Select the friend you want to remove
- Click the trash can icon with an x in the center, next to your friend's profile photo
