How does the app's Passcode feature work?

The Passcode Lock feature in the iPad, iPhone and Android apps allows you to protect your diary data with a simple 4-digit PIN. If you forgot the pin, all you need to do is enter the wrong PIN five times on the unlock screen.  The app will then simply log you out. You may regain access again to the app by logging in with your username and password.

If you've forgotten your password, you can request a password reset email by clicking the "Forgot password or username" link on the sign-in screen of our apps, or by visiting this link in a web browser.

To change your Passcode settings:

In the iPad app

• Tap "More" then "Settings" then "Require Passcode."

In the Android and iPhone apps

• Open the Menu Drawer then tap "Settings," "Privacy & Sharing" then "Require Passcode."
