In order to change the email address on your account, you will need to do so on the main website at www.myfitnesspal.com. At this time, this function is not available in our mobile apps.
You should be able to update your email address as follows:
From the Website
- Click "My Home," then "Settings," then "Change email address/preferences." On that page, you can modify the email address for your account. Make sure you hit the green "save changes" button at the bottom of the page when you have finished.
