To change your account email address, please visit our website. Right now, this option is only available on our website, not in the mobile apps.
Here’s how you can update your email address:

- Visit www.myfitnesspal.com/account/login to get started
- Sign in to your account. If you usually use the mobile app, enter the same email and password you use there
- Click on My Home
- Next, select Settings
- Then choose Change email address/preferences. On this page, you can update your account email address
- When you’re done, click Save Changes
