Foods
With one of the world's largest databases - 19 million foods and counting! - We are constantly reviewing the foods in our database to create the best experiences for our users. To do this, MyFitnessPal uses a variety of tools and resources to review the accuracy and completeness of information associated with food entries. When we have reviewed or added a food to our database and believe that the nutrition information is accurate, the food is marked with a .
We are always working to improve the accuracy of nutrition information for check-marked foods, and new check-marked foods are being added all the time. Just because an item does not have a check mark does not mean it has inaccurate nutrition information.

Medications
Some of our users would like to use MyFitnessPal to log their medications, including medications related to weight loss or weight management.
