Interactive Widget for iOS
We are happy to introduce our new Interactive Water Widget for iOS!
This feature is available to iOS users on iOS 17 or later. Water logged from the iOS widget will be reflected in your diary. Water units displayed in the widget will be reflective of your water settings in the MyFitnessPal app. This interactive widget is available to add via the iOS home screen.
For Android:
On a Home screen, touch and hold an empty space. At the bottom of your screen, you should see a Widgets option appear. Tap Widgets. Scroll through the options until you see MyFitnessPal.
Once MyFitnessPal has been selected, our widget options should appear. You can select the widget to display Calories Consumed and/or Macros Consumed. Tap Add to bring the widget to your Home Screen.
Adjusting widget size for Android:
At this time time, the option to resize the widget is only available on Android 12 +.
If you are currently on Android 12 +, you should be able to adjust the widget size by holding your finger on the widget and then dragging the highlighted lines surrounding the widget to the preferred dimensions. Once the preferred size has been set, tap out of the widget to save the changes.
