At any time you can see all of the nutrients we track by tapping the more button, Nutrition, then Nutrients.
In our latest versions of our iPad app, you can customize the nutrients shown in the Food Diary, by changing these options on our website at www.myfitnesspal.com.
Your customized nutrient columns will update the next time the app syncs with the internet.
You can view these same custom nutrient columns in your Food Diary by rotating your iPhone or iPod touch into landscape mode.
