The MyFitnessPal Newsfeed was removed in mid-2024 due to low usage, as part of our efforts to improve your experience. You can now find the latest food and nutrition content, such as recipes, meal planning, and macro calculators, in the Blog. To connect with others, visit the Community section. Both are in the More menu. Features like Shared Meals and Logging Streaks are still available.
In mid 2024, the Newsfeed was removed from the MyFitnessPal app. Members can access the latest food and nutrition content via the Blog and interact with others in the Community, both of which are located in the More menu.
Why did you remove the Newsfeed?
Where can I find recipes and other Blog content?
The Blog is accessible within the More Menu of the app and has a wealth of resources such as recipes, meal planning, macro calculators, and more!
Where can I interact with friends on the app?
Members can communicate and interact with others in the Community tab in the More Menu and can create private or public groups – for more information about Groups, see here. You can also access your Activity Feed within the community. To learn more about your Activity Feed, you can visit this article.
Shared Meals and Logging Streak
You can still share your meals with your connections for motivation and accountability. You can adjust your diary privacy here. For more information about your logging streak, you can find that information here.
We appreciate your understanding as we make these changes. Thank you for being a part of our Community!
