If the issue you're reporting is listed below, it's on our radar and under investigation. Where appropriate, we will note any temporary workarounds. Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused by these issues. In all cases, a fix is in the works. 

If your issue is not listed below and your entries are showing on the website, please try uninstalling and reinstalling first, as this often resolves unexpected issues. ​If that doesn't resolve things, please send us an email about the issue so we can address it.

Issue: The Premium "Track Net Carbs" setting disappears from the menu

Issue: On iPad, In Landscape, the Log In button is hard to see 

Issue: Users getting stuck on a loading screen before the log in screen 

Issue: Some users are getting intermittently logged out of their account 

Issue: “Most Recent” sort inconsistent for exercise 

Issue: Receive an error when trying to save or edit a recipe

Fixed in 24.13.0: The check mark is unresponsive in restaurant logging 

Fixed in 24.14.0: The Calories for a created Meal don't update when editing an item within that Meal

Fixed in 24.4.0: Profile options, including the option to view a friend's Diary, are missing when viewing a friend's profile.

Fixed in 24.4.0: Can’t log Frequently Paired items (Multi-Day Logging) 

Fixed in 24.2.0: Search Results duplicate after reviewing a result 

Fixed in 23.23.5: Some users are getting an error when attempting to log in

Fixed in 23.21.5: Some items duplicate after editing a saved Meal. 

Fixed in 23.20.0: Users unable to remove items from their frequent list
