Known Issues: iOS App

If the issue you're reporting is listed below, it's on our radar and under investigation. Where appropriate, we will note any temporary workarounds. Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused by these issues. In all cases, a fix is in the works. 

If your issue is not listed below and your entries are showing on the website, please try uninstalling and reinstalling first, as this often resolves unexpected issues. ​If that doesn't resolve things, please send us an email about the issue so we can address it.

We will update this article as fixes for the issues listed here are released:

Issue: Barcode scanner is blurry and can't focus on iPhone 16 Pro 

Issue: iPad users are getting stuck on the loading screen when returning to the app after putting it in the background 

Issue: Tapping Next/Enter on the keyboard when logging in closes the keyboard

Issue: Users are being asked to login again when opening the app via the widget

Issue: Not seeing recent notifications in the notification inbox

Issue: On iPad, in Landscape, the Log In button is hard to see 

Issue: Some users are getting intermittently logged out of their account 

Issue: “Most Recent” sort inconsistent for exercise 

Issue: Receive an error when trying to save or edit a recipe
