How do I delete or cancel my account?

You can delete your account using any of the following platforms:
 

Apps:

1. Start by opening the MyFitnessPal app
2. Next, tap on the More menu
3. From there, select Help
4. Then, choose Delete Account

Website:

1. Visit www.myfitnesspal.com/account/login to get started
2. Sign in to your account. If you usually use the mobile app, enter the same email and password you use there
3. Click on My Home
4. Next, select Settings
5. Lastly, choose Delete Account

Please note: if you delete your account it cannot be recovered.  Please also note it may also take our outbound email system up to 72 hours to remove you from our email rotation.
