This article explains that MyFitnessPal does not offer a way to reset all your data. Instead, you can update your starting weight, date, and goals. If you want to start over completely, it also shows how to delete your account.
Right now, the program does not have a data reset feature. We suggest resetting your starting date, weight, and goals. If you prefer, you can also delete your account and start again, but this will erase all your information and you will need to pick a new username.
We also recommend updating your starting weight and date so your progress reflects your new beginning.
