This article explains how Group Creators or Leaders can create events for their MyFitnessPal Groups to make the community more active through live, in-person, or virtual hangouts.
Create events for your Group
The Events feature in Groups is a great way to make your community more active. You can set up live, in-person meetups or virtual hangouts on specific days and times, so everyone knows when to join. This works well for group workouts, check-ins, or casual chats. When you create an event, it feels special because people can RSVP, get excited, and look forward to meeting others with similar goals. If you are a Group Creator or Leader, you can set up an event for your group.
