This article provides troubleshooting steps for users who are not receiving emails from MyFitnessPal. Your email address might have been marked as undeliverable because of a bounce-back. To fix this, change your email address in your preferences, save it, then change it back to your original address. You can also add no-reply@myfitnesspal.com to your allowed list or address book to help keep emails out of your spam folder.

If you are not receiving the emails from MyFitnessPal that you have selected, one likely cause is that at one point our email to you may have bounced back to us, causing your email address to be marked as undeliverable.
To resume receiving emails, visit the preferences in the article linked above, and temporarily change your email address to a different email address (even a non-existent one), then save the changes. Then, change it back to your desired email address. Hopefully, that will reset your address and allow your notifications to start working again.
