This article explains how to fix your streaks if they’re incorrect and explains the difference between your login streak and your food logging streak.
Login Streak vs. Food Logging Streak
MyFitnessPal tracks two separate streaks, and they might not always match.
Your login streak appears on your profile. It counts the consecutive days you've logged into the app, regardless of whether you logged food.
Your food logging streak appears on your Diary or Today page. It counts the consecutive days you've logged at least one food.
If you missed a day of food logging, go back and log at least one food on that day. This updates your food logging streak right away.

Prevent Your Login Streak From Resetting
Your login streak resets if you don't log into the app or website at least once a day.
- Your device needs an internet connection when you log in, or the login won't count.
- Log at least one entry that syncs before midnight in your time zone.
- MyFitnessPal keeps the time zone you originally set. It doesn't update automatically when you travel.
