Exercises logged with Individual Cardio Exercise partners will sync the following data points to your MyFitnessPal account:
CALORIES
The calories burned in an exercise will be added to your Exercise Diary and will increase your daily Net Calorie goal, just like exercises logged directly on MyFitnessPal.
DURATION OF EXERCISE
The duration of your tracked exercise will be rounded to the nearest minute and logged in your Exercise Diary.
EXERCISE NAME
The name of your exercise will be used to label the synched entry in your Exercise Diary.
NEWS FEED POSTS
If you have elected to have Cardio Exercises posted to your MyFitnessPal News Feed, an item will appear on your News Feed including the name of the exercise, the duration and calories burned, and a link attributing the exercise to the App Gallery partner.
