Frequently asked questions
What happens after I report a food?
Our nutrition team reviews the report and updates the entry if the information is confirmed inaccurate.
Will the food update immediately after I report it?
No. Reports go through a review process, so corrections aren't instant.
Can I report more than one issue on the same food?
Yes. Submit a separate report for each category that applies, such as both the name and the nutrition values.
