This article shows MyFitnessPal users how to change their meal names and add up to two extra meals in their diary. It gives step-by-step instructions for both the website and the mobile app. Keep in mind, changing meal names will update them for every day in your diary.
Not everyone eats on the classic three-meals-a-day schedule, and your diary shouldn't force you to pretend otherwise. You can rename your meals or add up to two more, so your diary actually matches your day.
Please note: Changing a meal name updates it for every day in your diary. It isn't currently possible to have different meal names on different days.
