This article explains how to create an event in your MyFitnessPal group and what each event option does.
A group is even better when it gets together. Events turn everyday encouragement into an actual meetup, whether that's a group workout, a check-in, or a casual virtual hangout. And once you post one, it feels like something real: people can RSVP, get excited, and look forward to meeting others working toward similar goals.
Only the Group Owner or a Leader can create or edit events.
