How To Link Health Mate

Linking your Withings/Health Mate account to MyFitnessPal cannot be done through MyFitnessPal and can only be linked through the Healthmate app.

To link your Health Mate app with MyFitnessPal:

1. Open the Health Mate app
2. Tap Profile
3. Tap on MyFitnessPal (under Apps)
   
4. Follow the prompts
5. Allow MyFitnessPal access to your Health Mate data (Log into MyFitnessPal when prompted)
6. You'll then be taken back (through a few prompts) to the Health Mate screen you were on previously. Once you see the "Congratulations!" in Health Mate you're now linked.

What Syncs Between Health Mate and MyFitnessPal

MyFitnessPal will update calories consumed to -> the connected Health Mate account once the link is established. 

Health Mate will sync Weight, Step Count, and it's related calorie burn to -> MyFitnessPal.

Please Note: Individual Exercises logged in Health Mate do not sync to MyFitnessPal

Health Mate and MyFitnessPal Are Not Syncing

If you have already confirmed that you are showing as linked in both apps, the next thing we'll need to determine is whether the sync issue is occurring between your Health Mate App and healthmate.withings.com or between healthmate.withings.com and MyFitnessPal.

Once your Withings data reaches your account on the healthmate.withings.com website it should update to MyFitnessPal within fifteen minutes.

So the first question is, does your Health Mate app successfully upload its data to the healthmate.withings.com website?

If not, you would need to try pulling down from the top of your Health Mate app until a "Loading..." header appears at the top of the app.

Afterwords, your information should sync to healthmate.withings.com. If not, we would recommend contacting Withings for further support.

Here's how we can test for where the process is interrupted.

On the healthmate.withings.com site under the Dashboard on the left, the site will tell you the last time your Health Mate synced data to their site.

If your healthmate.withings.com account isn't updating regularly, then the Withings support team is going to be a better resource for you to resolve this issue.

If you find that your information is updated on healthmate.withings.com but still not syncing with MyFitnessPal, and you've confirmed that both are showing as linked with each other in both apps, please reach out to our Support Team.
