This article shows you how to copy a recipe you made in MyFitnessPal using the website, since this feature is not available in the apps. Copying a recipe lets you make changes or substitutions without changing the original.
If you want to change or swap an ingredient in a recipe you made, you can copy the recipe in MyFitnessPal instead of editing the original. This keeps your first version unchanged. At the moment, you can only copy recipes on the MyFitnessPal website, not in the apps. After you save the copy on the website, you will see it in both the apps and the website.

- You'll be taken to the recipe editing screen, where you should see (copy) at the end of the recipe title
- Edit your Recipe as needed, then click Save or Save & Log It
- The copied recipe will then be visible on both the website and the apps
