This article explains how to create, find, and log a saved meal in My Meals on iOS, Android, and the website. It also covers adding a photo to a saved meal and copying a meal.
You make the same lunch three times a week. Logging it shouldn't take three times the effort.
My Meals lets you save a group of foods you eat together and log them all at once. Your usual breakfast. Your go-to salad. That Sunday chili you make every week without fail. Build it once, and logging it takes seconds from then on.
