If you find that you are often logging the same foods to your diary each day, you can use our Multi-Day Logging feature to log your foods to the next 6 days! This way, you don't need to add the same item individually to your diary on a daily basis.
Multi-Day Logging is available to users with a Premium subscription. Currently, this feature is only available in our Android and iOS apps, this feature is not available on our website.
You can take the steps below to use the Multi-Day Logging feature.
Start by searching our database for the food you want to add to your diary. Once you see the results come up, select the item you want to add.
After tapping on the item you want to add to your diary (Example in the red square above) you will see the following page where you can select the meal you want to log to, and change the number of servings. Below that, you'll see "Add to Multiple Days". This is where you can select up to 7 days to log this item to, as shown in the screenshot below.
Select the days you wish to log the item to, and then tap the check mark shown in the upper right hand corner to log the item to the days you selected.
