How to log one food to multiple days
Premium members can log a food to multiple days of the week in one easy entry. A great way to streamline logging and stay on track.
Just look for the “Add to Multiple Days" option when logging a food!
Smart ways members save time on logging
- Your daily staples: Log your morning coffee, protein shake, or multivitamins for the week
- Repeat breakfasts: Log your favorite breakfast across days. You can always change it later.
- Work lunches: Log this week’s lunch on weekdays
- Common snacks: Log your daily fruit or afternoon yogurt in advance

Notes on how it works
- Multi-Day Logging is exclusively available for Premium members
- Only available on the app (not yet available on the website.)
- You can log a food for up to 7 days at a time.
Step-by-step guide to log on multiple days
Search for a food (a banana for example), and tap to view it's nutritional information.
After tapping on the item you want to log, you'll see "Add to Multiple Days". Select up to 7 days.
Tap the check mark shown in the upper right corner to log the item to all the selected days.
