Is alphabetical the default sort order?
No. The default order is typically based on how recently or frequently you've logged each exercise. You'll need to switch it manually if you prefer alphabetical order.
Does changing the sort order affect my Most Used or Frequent list?
No. Sorting only changes how the list displays. It doesn't change which exercises appear on it. Learn more about how exercises get added to your Most Used or Frequent list.
