Frequently Asked Questions
Will a custom exercise I create be visible to other users?
No. Exercises you create go into your personal database and aren't shared with other users.
Should I create a custom strength exercise or use Workout Routines instead?
If you want the exercise to count toward your calorie burn, a Workout Routine is usually the better choice for strength-based workouts.
Can I edit a custom exercise after I create it?
Yes. See how to edit or delete an exercise you created.
