Our process for custom meal creation ("My Meals") improves upon previous versions with a more user-friendly interface, as well as now allowing users to add photos to custom meals to build a more integrated meals library.

Where Can I Find "My Meals"? (To create new meals or see my current saved meals)
Meals can be found as a food list tab within your diary, as well as, an option on your Menu Bar.
iOS or Android
From the Dashboard:
- Tap "Log Food" or "Diary" button along the bottom of the screen (or select + button, then Log Food)
- At the top, tap "My Meals" from the Food lists bar (just under search field)
- Click "Create A Meal" to make a new meal.
From the More Menu:
- Tap "More" or "Menu" button along the bottom of the screen
- Select " My Meals, Recipes & Foods"
- At the top, tap "Meals" from the Food lists bar (just under search field).
How Do I Build a New Meal?
Meals can be created from your "My Meals" tab or via the "My Meals, Recipes & Foods" menu. If you're looking for them, you can view the steps above, or click here. Once there, you can create a new meal by tapping the "Create a Meal" button listed on the top or bottom of your screen depending on your device. Note creating a meal from your Android's "Meals, Recipes & Foods" menu is done by tapping the + sign shown at the top. From there, you can just follow the prompts to add in your food details like the title, which foods to add, and a picture (if desired). Be sure to tap the checkmark to save your meal.
Can I Add A Photo To A Previously Made Meal?
Yes. Start by tapping the gray square shown next to the specific meal you'd like to add a photo to, then select add photo. Android devices will prompt you to choose to Import a Photo or Take a Picture, while iOS device will open the camera itself, ready to take a photo. iOS users that have previously saved food photos, can tap the two overlapping square on the bottom left to access your Camera Roll.
What Is The Minimum Number Of Foods I Can Have As A Meal?
One! This comes in handy when you have a food you log quite often and would like to keep it readily available.
How Do I Log A Meal After It Has Been Created?
Meals can be logged from the dashboard or the menu. Once a Meal is found, tap the title to open, then select the checkmark on the top right of the screen. Note: If you are selecting from the "My Meals, Recipes & Foods" area you will need to also select the meal slot for the entry to be added to. On Android, this is done prior to tapping the checkmark under the Meal line. iOS users will tap the checkmark first, then be prompted to select a meal slot.
Can I Share My Meals And Meal Photos With Friends?
You can share your meals with your friends via our Diary Sharing feature (Click here for more details). At this time photo sharing is not a possibility. However, we are looking into additional sharing options to be added in the future.
Can I Create A New Meal Off Of A Previously Made Meal?
Yes, you have the option to create a copy of a previously saved meal to make some alterations. To do this just open up the details page of a meal by tapping on its title. From there, iOS users can tap the Copy button to create a new, copied, meal ready for additions and subtractions. Android user will first tap the three vertical dots icon on the top right of the screen to populate the Copy Meal option.
How Do I Delete A Saved Meal?
iOS or Android
From the Dashboard:
- Tap "+"(iOS) or "Diary"(Android) button along the bottom of the screen (or select + button, then Food)
- Select "Add Food" from desired meal slot
- At the top, tap "My Meals" from the Food lists bar (just under search field)
- Swipe from right to left across the meal you'd like to remove to reveal the delete button. Tap to finish deletion.
From the More Menu:
- Tap "More" button along the bottom of the screen
- Select "Meals, Recipes & Foods"
- Tap "Meals" from the Food lists bar (just under search field)
- Swipe from right to left across the meal you'd like to remove to reveal the delete button. Tap to finish deletion.
