Adding an exercise to your diary is similar to adding a food. Just take the following steps:
Website:
- Click on the Exercise tab
- Then click Add Exercise under the type of exercise you'd like to log.
Apps:
You can add an exercise by tapping the + icon at the bottom of the app,
Then select Exercise
- Select if you want to log a cardio exercise from our database or a Workout Routine to have the app calculate the calories burned or track your Strength workout sets and reps.
- No calorie calculation provided when logging a Strength workout
Type the name of an exercise in the search box and press the Search button. You'll be shown a list of exercises in our database that match your search.
Select the item you'd like to add to your diary
Then enter the number of minutes for a cardio exercise
Or the number of sets, reps, and weight for a strength exercise
Finally, select Add or ✓ (Apps) or Add Exercise to Diary (Website). That's it. Your exercise should be logged in your diary.
