To enter your coupon code you will need to do so online (not within the app):
- Log into https://www.myfitnesspal.com
- If you are using Sign-in With Apple (SIWA) on your iOS device you may need to set a password to log in on the website. SIWA is not currently available on the website.

- Then go to this page: https://www.myfitnesspal.com/premium/redeem
Once you have entered your code online, Premium should then show on your account online. If you also have access to our latest versions of our iOS and Android apps, when the same log in information is used from online and you have a valid internet connection, Premium should also transfer to the Apps as well.
If you do not see Premium show on the App, but are seeing it online, please make sure you are running on the latest version of the App, then try signing out of the App and back in to see if that triggers the offer. Again, please double check to make sure the same log in credentials are used in all areas.
Please note, if you are currently subscribed to Premium, you will not be able to redeem any additional promotional offers until your current subscription period ends. Please make sure to cancel your current subscription and then sign back up once that has ended.
If you are having trouble redeeming a promo code, please try a different browser (Edge, Chrome, Safari, etc) or try a secure/private browsing window. Each browser has their own version, Chrome uses "Incognito" for example.
