If you know how many calories you ate, you can use our Quick Add function to enter that amount into your diary without having to search for the specific foods that you consumed.
On the Web
- On the Food Diary page, click "Quick Tools" under any meal, and select "Quick add"
In our Mobile apps
- Select add food under the meal you wish to add to, tap the "+" button on the top of the add food page, then select "Quick Add"
- As a shortcut in our iPhone and Android apps, tap "More" under any meal to log Quick Add calories to that meal.
We do not have a quick add calorie feature for exercise, but you can easily create a new exercise to log the calories you've burned.
