This article shows MyFitnessPal users how to ask for their forum posts to be deleted, since members cannot remove them on their own.
We know you might want to remove a forum post at times. Right now, members can't delete their own posts, but you can ask our moderators to remove them for you by reporting the post.

Website:
- Go to our website: www.myfitnesspal.com
- Log in to your account. If you use the mobile app, log in with the same email and password you use there
- Click Community
- Locate your post or posts you want to delete
- In the upper right corner, tap Flag
- Then select Delete My Post
- Lastly, click Send Report
Our moderation team will handle your request as soon as possible.
Delete all of your posts:
- If you want to remove all your posts, you can follow the steps above and leave a note in the additional details of your report, or feel free to reach out to us via email or send a private message to a MyFitnessPal Community Staff member to let us know you'd like all of your posts removed.
Edit your post:
- You can edit your posts within one hour after posting. Tap or click the three dots in the circle at the right edge of your post to find the Edit option.
