This article explains that MyFitnessPal forums are hosted by Vanilla Forums, which receives your username when you visit or log in. If your forum username doesn't update after changing it in MyFitnessPal, log out and back in. If issues persist, contact the Customer Happiness for help.
Our forums are hosted by our partner, Vanilla Forums. When you first visit the forums, we pass your username to them.
If you've recently changed your MyFitnessPal username and still see the old one in the forums, no worries! Simply log out of MyFitnessPal, then log back in. Head to the community tab on the web, or navigate to the more menu and select community on iOS or Android. This will refresh your username.
If logging out and back in does not change your username in the forums, please reach out to our Customer Happiness team for further assistance.
