Frequently asked questions about saved meals
Does editing a saved meal change meals I already logged?
No. Past diary entries stay exactly as you logged them. Your edit applies the next time you log that meal.
Does deleting a saved meal remove it from my food diary?
No. Deleting removes the meal from your saved list only. Entries already in your diary stay put. To clear an entry, see how to delete an entry from your food diary.
Can I get a deleted meal back?
No. Deleting a saved meal is permanent. If you might use it again, edit it instead of deleting it.
Do my saved meals sync across my phone and the website?
Yes. Saved meals are tied to your account, so any edit on one device appears everywhere once your app syncs.
What is the difference between a meal and a recipe?
A meal is a group of separate foods you log together. A recipe is a single dish built from ingredients. To change a recipe, see how to edit or delete a recipe.
